The hardware of the Nexus S is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S I9000, so probably the biggest difference between the Galaxy S and Nexus S is the software. The Samsung Google Nexus S I9023 is also a Touch Bar phone weighing 129 gram, it runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, powered by a 1 GHz RAM Cortex-A8 processor, PowerVR SGX540 GPU, Hummingbird chipset and a 16GB of internal storage. Samsung has finally introduced Google Nexus S Smartphone (i9023) in India which features 4-inch 235 ppi WVGA (800 x 480) Super LCD capacitive touchscreen and is powered by Google’s latest version of Android v2.3 Gingerbread operating system
The Google Nexus S would be known in India as model i9023 instead of the original Nexus S model i9020 which featured 4-inch Super AMOLED display like in Galaxy S smartphone model, and is expected to be priced for Rs. 30,500.
The Samsung Google Nexus S i9023 smartphone is Quad-band GSM: 850, 900, 1800, 1900 Tri-band HSPA: 900, 2100, 1700 HSPA type: HSDPA (7.2Mbps) HSUPA (5.76Mbps) compatible and is powered by 1 GHz Cortex A8 processor with PowerVR SGX540 GPU and hummingbird chipset and features 512MB RAM along with 16GB of built-in flash memory but NO microSD card slot for additional external memory.
The new Google Nexsus S smartphone is powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread and has a 4-inch 235 ppi WVGA (480 x 800) Super LCD capacitive touchscreen with 16 million colors with Samsung’s new Contour Display with curved glass screen and anti-fingerprint display coating.
