This phone runs on an Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system with supported 1 GHz Scorpion processor and the phone also has 512 MB of RAM.
Sony Ericsson has 5 megapixel of camera stay on back side of the phone with special feature like geo-tagging, face detection touch focus, image stabilization, auto focus, smile detection and a powerful features 16x zoom to help you to get fantastic images. You can also shoot 3D sweep called panorama pictures through this smartphone and you can see on a 3D television on multiple angle of 3D display.
The Sony Xperia neo V cellphone has an onboard memory of 320MB and is extendable up to 32GB through using microSD, microSDHC cards. This Ericsson device is powered by a Li-Po 1500mAh battery that provides you can talk regular 6 hours of Talk-time on 2G and 7 hours on 3G. when neo V is fully charged it gives you a stand by time upto 430 hours on 2G and 400 hours on 3G.
